Steve Brooks

London-born Steve Brooks is no stranger to radio. A ‘seasoned-pro’, he has worked in broadcasting for numerous years, presenting shows on Pulse Gold in Yorkshire and Real Radio in Scotland, amongst others. He has also voiced several TV commercials – so the chances are you’ve most probably heard Steve on one medium or another!

Steve enjoys being a member of the gay social group, The Village Bakers (www.facebook.com/villagebakers) and will often delight us with the cakes he has baked for the group.

Steve joined the team at Gaydio in 2012 and he brings his wealth of experience to the discussion most Mondays on The Exchange.

Jeremy Baker

Kentucky-born Jeremy Baker brings his knowledge of US politics to the table on The Exchange, and tries to shed some light on the American way of life with us Brits too!

Spending his youth on the outskirts of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jeremy is a keen football (or as he calls it, soccer) player, and is a goalkeeper for gay football team, Village Manchester Football Club (www.vmfc.co.uk). When he's not playing on the pitch or joining the discussion in the studio, he can be found finding the right price plan for his customers as a sales assistant for a leading UK mobile phone network.

Jeremy graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2010 with a degree in Geology, and a minor is Physics.

Danny Beard

Known for his cheeky Scouse charm, his distinct style of DJ'ing and his unique look, Danny Beard pushes the boundaries of drag.

Originally from Liverpool, Danny moved to Manchester where he became the face of long-running LGBT student clubnight Poptastic in 2013, and a regular feature in the gay scene, working in many venues around the UK. Acting as a guest judge for  Miss TV Scotland, and G-A-Y's Porn Idol, Danny himself was judged when he entered Drag Idol 2015, which he won.

You can now find Danny at his weekly residencies at AXM Manchester, G-A-Y Manchester, KIKI bar and as a guest DJ at Baa Bar on Sackville Street in Manchester's gay village.

And when he's not behind the decks, on stage or in the studio, Danny can be found walking his dog Izzy or tending to his three chickens - Beyoncé, Kelly and Michelle.
