Folkestone Pride takes place on Saturday 25 July 2026 at the Leas Bandstand on The Leas, the elegant clifftop promenade overlooking the English Channel, running from midday to 6pm. The day opens with a parade at 1pm at the bottom of the Old High Street, processing up through the town to the Bandstand, followed by an afternoon Pride picnic and main stage programme of tribute acts, drag artists, craft stalls, food vendors, drag storytime for the children and DJs across the day.

Folkestone Pride is more than just an annual parade, the umbrella organisation behind the day provides safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community to meet, socialise and learn across the year, raising awareness, educating and supporting the district's whole community. RuPaul's Drag Race UK star Dita Garbo, from Folkestone, has hosted the Pride picnic in past years, and the festival has built a strong reputation across East Kent alongside Pride Canterbury, Margate Pride, Broadstairs Pride and the wider Garden of England Pride calendar.

Folkestone Pride is free to attend. The event is delivered by Folkestone Pride volunteers and supported by community donations and local sponsorship. Check the Folkestone Pride website for the confirmed venue, parade route, full line-up and accessibility info.
