Loughborough Pride takes place on Saturday 22 August 2026, the Leicestershire university town's annual LGBTQ+ celebration. The parade traditionally moves through Loughborough town centre, with the main festival site hosting stages, community stalls, family programming and food and drink across the day. Loughborough's strong student presence (Loughborough University and Loughborough College) and the town's compact, walkable centre give the event a distinctly community feel.
Loughborough Pride sits within the wider East Midlands Pride calendar alongside Nottinghamshire Pride, Leicester Pride, Northampton Pride and Derby Pride, with the M1 corridor making the event accessible from across the region. The 2026 line-up has not yet been confirmed by the organisers. Town centre venues run their own Pride programming around the festival, with the LGBTQ+ student scene at the universities contributing strongly across the day.
