Croydon Pride 2026 takes place on Saturday 15 August at BOXPARK Croydon, marking a major venue change from the previous home at St James' Park (and earlier Wandle Park) to the urban container-based venue right in the heart of the town centre. BOXPARK is a one-minute walk from East Croydon Station, opened in 2022 as part of Croydon's high street regeneration, and offers street food vendors, container bars and live entertainment spaces under one accessible roof.
The festival runs from 1pm til late, with live music, drag performances and community speakers programmed across the day. Croydon Pride has a strong track record of bookings, with past line-ups including Louisa Johnson, Booty Luv, The Cheeky Girls, Lady Leshurr, Danny Beard, Krystal Versace and Sophia Stardust. The 2026 headliner will be announced in early summer. The 2025 event at St James' Park drew over 5,000 attendees, with the move to BOXPARK promising both better accessibility and a bolder, urban festival feel that matches the diverse borough's energy.
Croydon Pride is free to attend, with free tickets bookable in advance via the Croydon Pride website. The event is delivered by Croydon Pride CIC, a volunteer-led LGBTQIA+ charity, and the team have publicly committed to keeping the festival free at a time when many UK Prides are facing cancellation due to funding cuts. Check the Croydon Pride website and Instagram (@croydonpride) for the confirmed line-up, ticket details and accessibility info.
