Loughborough Pride 2025

Our main Pride event is a vibrant and large-scale celebration held annually at Queens Park. It features headline performers renowned for their talents, diverse market stalls offering crafts, food, and merchandise, and entertainment by local artists that showcases the rich talent within our community. The event is a joyful day dedicated to promoting pride, inclusivity, and diversity, fostering a welcoming environment for residents of Loughborough and the Charnwood Borough Council area. Our primary aim is to elevate LGBTQ+ voices, honor the myriad forms of diversity, and build a supportive community where everyone feels they truly belong, with no exceptions. On Saturday, 16 August, beginning at 1:00 PM at Queen’s Park in Loughborough, the town will burst into colour as it hosts the inaugural Loughborough Pride picnic, a special addition to our annual celebrations.

Visitors can enjoy an array of activities including live music performed by talented local musicians, performances by a popular drag queen host and her team, engaging community activities tailored for all ages, family-friendly entertainment, a variety of food stalls offering different cuisines, and much more—all set in the heart of our town. The event aims to create an inclusive space where everyone can come together to celebrate identity, community, and the spirit of pride.
