Trans Pride Hastings takes place on Sunday 12 July 2026 at The Observer Building, 53 Cambridge Road, the East Sussex seaside town's grassroots trans-led Pride. Founded in February 2023 by co-directors Victoria and Zed and a team of volunteers, Trans Pride Hastings has grown quickly, with the 2024 festival delivering 15 events across 8 days focused on community building, solidarity and the lived experience of trans people in Hastings, Bexhill and the wider 1066 country.
The Observer Building, the grand Edwardian former newspaper offices on Cambridge Road, has become a creative hub for Hastings, hosting community spaces, performance, workshops and stalls. Expect a programme rooted firmly in the trans, non-binary and intersex community, with mutual aid, healthcare advocacy, partner organisations and grassroots collectives at the centre, and Hastings's wider creative scene contributing performance and solidarity. The day is part Pride, part community gathering, part political demand.
Trans Pride Hastings is free entry. Donations and supporter contributions fund the year-round programme. Check Trans Pride Hastings on Eventbrite and their channels for the confirmed schedule, accessibility info and ways to support, donate or volunteer.
