The daughter of acclaimed actors – and once-in-a-generation talents Jim Carter and Imelda Staunton – Bessie has carved out her own path in the industry, not just as a performer, but as a producer determined to tell stories on her own terms.

Beyond her work on screen, Bessie is a passionate advocate for questioning the status quo, whether that's challenging societal expectations around femininity or interrogating the alcohol industry.
