More Information (Gaydio — The UK's LGBTQ+ Radio Station is not responsible for external websites)

Isle of Wight Pride takes place on Saturday 18 July 2026, the island's annual LGBTQ+ celebration. The parade traditionally moves through Ryde, the island's largest seafront town and the main ferry port from Portsmouth, with the main festival site hosting stages, community stalls, family programming and food and drink across the day.

Isle of Wight Pride has built up a strong following since its founding, drawing communities from across the island, the South Coast mainland and visiting LGBTQ+ communities making the short Solent crossing. The seaside setting and Ryde's wide promenade give the parade a distinctive backdrop. The 2026 line-up has not yet been confirmed by the organisers. Venues across Ryde, Newport and Cowes run their own Pride programming around the festival.

Isle of Wight Pride is free to attend, with optional ticketed elements for some festival activity. The event is volunteer-led and supported by sponsorship and donations. Check the Isle of Wight Pride website for the confirmed parade route, full line-up and accessibility info.
