Your reporter for Yorkshire: Kevin Wilkinson
Kevin Wilkinson is the reporter for the Yorkshire area.
Bay day Lorna is an Online Retail Manager for a marketing company near her hometown of Burnley in Lancashire, but by night she is a broadcast journalist, web hound, e-bookworm, radio presenter and gym-goer (not in any particular order!).
After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Journalism, Lorna's appetite for working in radio continued to grow. She volunteers at a local hospital radio station, and works on the promotions team for two of Lancashire's biggest commercial radio stations.
Lorna joined Gaydio in 2014 as their Lancashire reporter, where she gets out and about reporting on the stories that matter to the region. You can also find Lorna cropping-up on The Exchange panel too.
Danni Matthews is the reporter for the Manchester area.
A true Mancunian born in Withington, freelance journalist Danni Matthews started out her radio career on community station Rossendale Radio.
By 2010 she had joined Gaydio as a regular panellist on The Exchange and a member of the production team, working on such shows as the all-female Drivetime show for International Women’s Day, hosted by Rowetta.
After a short absence to produce a baby; a boy named Vincent, Danni is back as a researcher for the production team heading up our documentaries. She is an avid reader, and admits she love talking... a lot!
