More Information (Gaydio — The UK's LGBTQ+ Radio Station is not responsible for external websites)

Trans Pride Birmingham takes place on Sunday 9 August 2026, the West Midlands' grassroots trans-led march and community day. The event is delivered by volunteers from the trans, non-binary and intersex community across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, with the day rooted firmly in visibility, mutual support and political demand around trans rights and healthcare.

The march traditionally moves through Birmingham city centre, with the Gay Village around Hurst Street as a focal point alongside the city's wider queer scene. Expect speeches from trans-led organisations, community stalls from mutual aid networks, healthcare advocacy groups and grassroots collectives, and partner programming across the day. Trans Pride Birmingham sits separately from the main Birmingham Pride in May, with its own focus, pace and political framing.

Trans Pride Birmingham is free to attend. The event runs on volunteer effort and donations. Check the Trans Pride Birmingham channels for the confirmed 2026 route, gathering point, accessibility info and the safer-spaces approach.
