More Information (Gaydio — The UK's LGBTQ+ Radio Station is not responsible for external websites)
Pride on the Range takes place on Saturday 23 May 2026 in Whalley Range, the leafy South Manchester suburb a couple of miles south of the city centre. The event is one of Manchester's many neighbourhood Prides, run by volunteers from the local community alongside the bigger Manchester Village Pride at the August bank holiday and other local Prides like Levenshulme Pride and Didsbury Pride.
The day combines parade activity, community stalls, family programming and live performance across the festival site, with Whalley Range's strong community spirit and progressive history giving the event a distinct neighbourhood feel. Whalley Range itself has been historically associated with Manchester's queer community and progressive scene since the 1970s, making the event a meaningful local moment. The 2026 line-up has not yet been confirmed.
Pride on the Range is free to attend. Donations and local sponsorship support the event. Check the Pride on the Range channels for the confirmed venue, parade route, full line-up and accessibility info.
