Part-time, 18.75 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per year (pro rata of £12,500)

Gaydio is the UK’s LGBTQ+ radio station, broadcasting 24/7 to a national audience, and we’re more than just radio. From the Gaydio Academy to our Gaydio networking events, we’re connecting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community on air, online and in person.
To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a talented, detail-driven and values-led Finance & Admin Coordinator to help us stay on top of our finances and admin.
This is a permanent, in-person role based at our Manchester office, working 18.75 hours per week (50 percent of full-time). These hours can be worked flexibly, across full or half days, with occasional need to flex up during busier periods such as year-end or major events. We’re open to discussion around how it fits with you.
What you’ll be doing

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping across our group of companies

Maintaining good credit control

Keeping our records updated using Xero

Preparing and filing VAT returns

Producing clear and accurate financial reports for the board

Booking travel and accommodation for our team

Supporting regulatory reporting, such as Ofcom submissions

Maintaining our HR system with any updates

Providing general admin support to keep everything running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who
-
Has used a finance system before, ideally Xero
-
Understands basic financial processes and reporting

Is organised, accurate and confident working independently

Ideally has some HR admin or systems experience, although this is not essential

Has a strong understanding of and commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion
-
