As the UK's fourth most inclusive employers in 2022, the FSCS protect all regulated financial products in the UK, helping customers get back on track when their financial provider or product has failed - since 2001, they have paid £26 billion in compensation to 6.5 million customers.

Brett from Gaydio Afternoons caught up with four 'out' LGBTQ+ employees - SJ, Alethea, Gareth and Jonathan - who all shared their experiences from working at the FSCS and why they'd recommend it as a great place to work. Listen to the podcast below.
