Finance and HR Assistant

Job Purpose

We are looking for someone to support our finance and HR.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting bills and expenses.
  • Producing accurate invoices and sending them out to clients.
  • Chasing invoice payment with client.
  • Calculating money due from our partners and invoicing correctly.
  • Producing monthly reports for the Gaydio board.
  • Going through weekly and monthly checklists.
  • Ensuring that our HR systems are up to date and well maintained.
  • Producing external finance reports.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Good maths and English skills.
  • Good communicator with attention to detail. 
  • Experience of presenting reports in a written format.
  • Adaptable and able to take on new tasks.
  • Experience of a previous role in finance
