Finance and HR Assistant
We are looking for someone to support our finance and HR.
- Inputting bills and expenses.
- Producing accurate invoices and sending them out to clients.
- Chasing invoice payment with client.
- Calculating money due from our partners and invoicing correctly.
- Producing monthly reports for the Gaydio board.
- Going through weekly and monthly checklists.
- Ensuring that our HR systems are up to date and well maintained.
- Producing external finance reports.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Good maths and English skills.
- Good communicator with attention to detail.
- Experience of presenting reports in a written format.
- Adaptable and able to take on new tasks.
- Experience of a previous role in finance
