Trans Pride Leeds takes place on Sunday 19 July 2026, the city's grassroots trans-led march and community day, run alongside the wider Leeds Pride weekend (which runs 18-19 July as a 20th anniversary special). The event focuses specifically on the trans, non-binary and intersex community across Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire, with the day's framing distinctly different from the wider Leeds Pride festival.
The march traditionally moves through Leeds city centre, with speeches from trans-led organisations, community stalls and partner programming across the day. Lower Briggate, the Calls and the wider Rainbow Quarter form the heart of Leeds's queer scene and host much of the surrounding weekend activity. The event is community-led and centred on mutual support, healthcare advocacy and political demand.
Trans Pride Leeds is free to attend. The event runs on volunteer effort and donations. Check the Trans Pride Leeds channels for the confirmed 2026 route, gathering point, accessibility info and the safer-spaces approach.
