Detectives investigating deaths of two men found injured in Glasgow

Detectives are investigating the deaths of two men in Glasgow.

Police Scotland said the men, aged 50 and 54, were found with serious injuries within a property in Partick's Chancellor Street at about 4.40pm on Sunday.

The force said the pair were pronounced dead at the scene and their families have been made aware.

The deaths are currently being treated as "unexplained" and post-mortem examinations will be carried out in due course.

Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.

Detective Chief Inspector Jen McCulloch said: "Our thoughts remain with the families of the two men who have died, and they are being supported at this difficult time.

"We understand this will be concerning for the local community but please be assured we are working hard to establish the full circumstances of what has happened.

"Officers will remain in the area while our investigation continues and anyone with any concerns, or information, can approach them."
